How to order the Power Up Spot® (United Kingdom orders only)
There are two ways to proceed with your order of Power Up Spot® devices.
1. You can order online (if available at your country) by adding in to your cart the products and accessories you need. Then you can proceed the order by filling your delivery and invoicing information and finally choose a pay method.
2. You can contact us via the contact form or email found at the bottom of our website. We will contact you ASAP in order to provide your quotation and any clarification you may need. You can then pay by bank deposit.
Payment Methods
We support payment via PayPal when placing your order, or via Bank Deposit to our bank account that you can see at the final step of checkout. Please use your order number or business name when paying via Bank Deposit, in order to match your payment. Your order will not proceed unless you have successfully completed payment.
Customization
In order to customize your Power Up Spot® you need to contact us at uk@powerupspot.com and send us your business logo and any other information or illustrations you need to be printed. After making the artwork at no cost for you and getting your confirmation, we will prepare 11x21cm printouts that can be placed in the flyer pocket of Power Up Spot®. You can easily replace the printing with a new one, if needed in the future.
In case you need a customized version of Power Up Spot® with permanent printing on the material (ideal for sponsors that want to be advertised with non removable advert), please contact us for a quotation. A quantity of 50+ pcs will be required for this custom version.
Shipping
We will ship your order at your address within a few working days after payment received. We will contact you to inform you for the estimated delivery time of your order, according to quantity and availability of model.
Normally, it should take up to 5 working days to receive non-customized Power Up Spots®, about 8 working days to receive customized (with flyer printing) Power Up Spots®. For large quantities we will let you know for any extra production time needed to complete your order.
Delivery within United Kingdom is carried out through a courier company, door to door. After shipping your order we will update you with the tracking number.
Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on the li-ion battery power bank enclosed in the Power Up Spot®. We always make sure that the parts we use are of the highest quality standards. In the rare case that your Power Up Spot® is not opperating properly, please contact us for technical support. You can email us at uk@powerupspot.com or call us at +44(0)2036951197. You can also request any spare parts you may need in the future such as coiled cables, new power bank, new stands. We will supply to you at competitive cost in order to make your Power Up Spot® new again.
Pricing
In the following table you can see the pricing policy for Power Up Spot®. Prices are automatically calculated in your shopping cart while placing your order at our website and according to the quantity of Power Up Spots® you need to buy. Prices are fixed for accessories such as chargers and anti-theft lockers.
Shipping cost is £9,90 for each 8pcs of Power Up Spot® that you add to yout cart. So if you order 1-8pcs, shipping cost within UK is £9,90. For 9-16pcs of Power Up Spot® the shipping cost is £19,80 and so on.
